What Don’t You Like About Your Job?
In a recent survey of adult employees by Randstad North America, disrespect, or being spoken to in a condescending manner, was at the top of the list of annoyances at work. The survey included 2,300 respondents and found that after disrespect, public reprimands, micro managing, loud talkers, mobile phones ringing and use of speakerphones in public spaces made up the rest of the list of annoyances among employees.
